If I were to go to San Jose for a second time, I would definitely visit the National Museum again. The place displays interesting exhibits in archaeology, anthropology and national history. Location: on Avenue Central 2. The Palacio Nacional, in the same area, is the home of the legislative assembly; here you can also attend public debates whenever you want.
